Option 2 or 1 number 3 is too similar to others nearby.

Do any of these options include a sprinkler type thing for hot summers?
No, but we will have a water fountain. We can put that on the list for future phases.
Option 3 – child age 7
Option 3 – hope there is shade. I tend to choose my parks by the amount of shade the park has from the mature trees.
We agree. We plan to plant trees.

My first choice would be option 2 because of the climbing wall for the little people, but I don’t see anything that is handicap friendly maybe add an adult sized safety seat swing or wheel chair swing. I have a 5 year old grandson I often take to the park and my old child in wheel chair is always left setting with nothing to do.
