Meeting on New Plans for Panola Road/Young Road   

CityView Design Build has digested the results of our survey, and now they are ready to get feedback on a new proposal for 1744 and 1762 Panola Road.  This address is next to Family Dollar, catty-corner from Berean Christian Church.

This a pre-submittal community meeting, and will be followed with the regular Planning review.   

The request is to rezone the existing parcels from R-100 (residential) to C-1 (commercial) to construct a neighborhood retail center.
